MLGDRD holds staff durbar

Hon. Daniel Botwe, Minister for Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development (MLGDRD) has called on the Ministry’s staff to be committed and hard work.
He made the call at a staff durbar aimed to introduced him upon his assumption of office as the Minister.
The durbar was also an opportunity for the out-going Chief Director, Mr C. K. Dondieu to hand over to Mrs Mariam W.A Kpakpah, as the new Chief Director.
Hon. Botwe noted that in as much as it was the duty of the political heads and management to create a conducive environment for all staff in the Ministry, staff are duty-bound to support them with hard work and commitment delivering on the Ministry’s mandate.
Mr Dondieu, out-going Chief Director was thankful for the support of staff over his six-year tenure as the Chief Director and urged staff to accord the new Chief Director the same.
Mrs Kpakpah called on all to be on their toes and be ready to always work to move leadership to greater heights.
